Individual counseling (ages 6-65) is offered in a supportive, non-judgmental space for your self-discovery. Together we'll explore your inner world - thoughts, feelings, and behaviors - gaining insights into patterns hindering growth. My role is facilitating release of what no longer serves you and development of coping strategies. Within this space, you'll build self-awareness and author positive personal change aligned with your vision. Though challenging at times, you'll move towards healing, fulfillment and your authentic self, supported each step.
Family and partner sessions are offered at times to provide relational support around your individual therapeutic journey. These joint sessions allow for greater understanding, processed interpersonal dynamics, and discovering new ways of relating that honor each person's experience.
